Love was quite literally in the air in the most unlikely of scenarios recently, when helping a damsel in distress who was having TPMS troubles of her own.
As a concerned motorist brought her vehicle to the garage for help with a warning light, our colleague was in the right place at the right time to diagnose and remedy the issue in a matter of minutes, as their eyes met over a crowded reception.
Not only was the customer relieved to be back on the road with a new, cloned sensor (her existing one had a dead battery), but after exchanging numbers for any further technical support, they’ve kept in touch and dating instead!
He said: “The garage didn’t have a TPMS programme, which was why I was there to show the business how Autogem can support them. As I was doing this, a lady came in to the depot complaining of a TPMS warning light on her car, so you could say that it was perfect timing! The owner pointed me in her direction and I went out to her car, investigated the issue and diagnosed it. In a matter of minutes she was back on the road and the problem had been sorted.”
In a win-win situation, the business owner was so impressed that he decided to partner with Autogem for all of his TPMS requirements in future.
